Be the brand people stay for

We help fast-growth teams stay connected to your roots as you scale, so your people stay, thrive and help shape what comes next.

WHY NOW?

The occasional team building session is not enough

To retain and attract the best talent, leading companies must stay connected to their founding values while mitigating the risk of burnout in fast-growth teams.

In an age of AI acceleration and endless input, research shows that nature offers what tech can’t: rhythm, clarity, connection. It’s not a soft option, it’s your strategic edge.

At Nula, we believe in a different way of working. One where long-lasting change happens when you embed laughably small habits that may have dramatic results on your bottom-line.

PROBLEMS WE SOLVE

Why founders and people leaders work with us

“We’re growing fast but the culture is starting to drift”

When you’re just starting out, the founding team is aligned. Your first team members join because they believe in the mission. Yet, as your team scales, that sense of shared purpose and alignment may blur.

You talk about being for people and planet, but are you living out these values?

We help you reconnect with your mission and embed it into real, daily behaviours, so your people don’t just hear your values, they experience them.

“We need to stand out but everything we say sounds like everyone else”

Some buzzwords are everywhere. With future employees and customers already sceptical, it’s never been more important to back up your claims with evidence.

If you're a nature-first brand, we help you first reflect those values in your working week then communicate them out to the world. We'll help you create nature champions, internally and externally – driving the change and having the confidence to go out and talk about it.

“Our teams are losing more and more people to burnout”

Burnout, absence, presenteeism, or even chronic low energy aren't just HR issues, but signals that something deeper might be happening. Mental health conditions like stress, depression, and anxiety are the leading cause of sick days in the UK.

All of this adds up. The average cost to replace one team member is £7,729.

Our six-week pilot in 2024 showed:

  • A 34% increase in workplace energy

  • A 30% uplift in relaxation and social connection

by helping teams build nature-connected micro-habits into their work week. This isn’t about perks, it’s about natural rhythms that restore.

“We already have a great culture, but communicating this out is taking too much time.

In an ideal world, your team will be shouting about what you do from the (garden!) rooftops and become your strongest champions. Importantly, they'll feel good about what you do and the value you bring to organisations – improving sales conversions, deepening connections, and driving productivity across the board.

We'll help you first understand and live out those values internally then use a coaching-led approach to give teams the confidence and strategies to talk about this externally.

Nature-first leaders both builds their personal brands, while driving your brand awareness.

IF YOUR CULTURE AND STORY DON’T MATCH, YOUR PEOPLE WILL FEEL IT. WE FIX THE GAP AT THE ROOT

We guide internal change through nature-connected culture design, leadership alignment, and habits that stick. Then we bring your evolution to life through brand storytelling that resonates.

OUR INSIDE-AND-OUT APPROACH

We guide internal change through nature-connected culture design, leadership alignment, and habits that stick. Then we bring your evolution to life through brand storytelling that resonates.

HOW IT WORKS

Nature-first cultures that align, energise, and express who you really are.

The Natural Rhythm Reset is a three-month programme that helps you build and express a nature-connected culture both inside-and-out. We guide your team through four structured phases:

  1. Discover: Where your brand and culture do (and don’t) align.

Internal audits, interviews, and competitor analysis reveal your culture's truth.

  2. Design: Make nature part of how work works.

We reshape environments, rhythms, and policies so time outdoors becomes the norm.

  3. Embed: One habit, one month at a time.

Teams build new nature-connected behaviours through monthly workshops and a 28-day framework of nudges and support.

  4. Amplify: Measure the shift to help tell the story.

We evaluate impact data, help you express your evolution and ultimately show to your employees and customers alike that you are a different kind of leader.

WHY IT’S NEEDED

Before building this into a wider offer, we ran a 6-week pilot with 80 participants. The goal? To see what happens when you integrate nature-connected rhythms and micro-habits into the modern work week.

The results showed that small, intentional changes can have a profound effect on energy, focus, and connection.

“The parts of the programme that helped my wellbeing the most were the little changes I made to bring nature into my day-to-day life.”

This isn’t just a culture shift, it’s a performance upgrade

A culture that wins

The old way:
Culture is defined once in a deck, then slowly fades. As the team grows, no one remembers what the values actually mean.

The nature-first way:
Daily and seasonal rituals make culture tangible: collaborative reflections, seasonal resets, and micro-habits create rhythm and shared meaning.

An employer of choice

The old way:
Your employer brand sounds great, but the experience doesn’t match; new hires sense the gap instantly.

The nature-first way:
Companies with a strong and authentic employer brand have a 28% lower turnover rate (
LinkedIn Business Solutions). We help you tell a story that reflects your actual cultural evolution, making your values visible and magnetic to the right people.

Energy that lasts

The old way:
9 in 10 adults report high levels of stress on sprints and back-to-back meetings (
Mental Health UK, 2025). There's no time for deep work or recharge.

The nature-first way:
Wellbeing is embedded into the day-to-day: nature micro-breaks, walking 1:1s, team energy check-ins, and no-meeting zones built around natural energy cycles.

Leadership that trusts

The old way:
Leaders talk values, but don’t model them. Change is announced, not embodied and leads to a break down in psychological safety. If breaks aren’t supported, those that skip them report general tiredness (59%) and emotional exhaustion (40%) (Vieten et al., 2023)

The nature-first way:
We work directly with founders and leaders to build habits, KPIs and practices that reflect their values, so that any new hire coming in feels psychologically safe taking a break.

It’s time to lead differently

Don’t just adapt to the future of work, help shape it.

“We have a symbiotic relationship with the ocean. Swimming in or being by the sea is very healing - spiritually, hormonally, mentally, psychologically, physically. It helps us live in the moment…You can always feel the energy in the room that this extra sea time has given us.”

— Tom Kay, Founder, Finisterre
