It’s time to reimagine nature as part of the working week
A single solution to your biggest workplace challenges.
WHAT WE’RE ALL ABOUT
Creating a sustainable future of work
We are reshaping how we work to improve results across the triple bottom line—people, planet, and profit. By providing the necessary tools and insights, we help organisations and individuals prioritise personal and professional sustainability, leading to significant and long lasting change.
THE CHALLENGE
A more focused, happier workforce requires time away from work to mentally relax and recharge. However, these breaks often end up being spent in front of a screen, which doesn't provide the needed respite.
OUR SOLUTION?
A nature-first workforce
We’re on a mission to reconnect people with nature because we believe—and the science tells us—that true relaxation and recovery comes from spending meaningful time outdoors, not in front of screens.
But we understand that making this shift isn’t easy. That’s why we’re creating programmes and resources informed by the latest psychological and behavioural insights to support people getting outside during the working week.
INTRODUCING OUR FIRST PILOT
Green time, not screen time
Our first pilot is built on a simple premise: we want you to spend 2-3 hours each week outdoors, away from screens. If you’re unsure where to start, we’re here to help. We’ll guide you through various actions to reduce stress and improve employee wellbeing, which, in turn, will have a positive impact on creativity, workrate and proactivity towards climate issues.
To achieve our mission, we’re partnering with industry leaders who are ready for this transformative change. Click to find out more about our upcoming pilot studies and to register your interest.
WHY IT’S NEEDED
UK businesses are facing a triple threat: disengaged employees, lagging productivity and a disconnect from nature that's hindering our climate goals.
Nula exists to turn this triple threat into an opportunity for your people, planet and bottom line, giving nature the opportunity to take centre stage. But why 2-3 hours per week? The data is pointing us to an easy win…
Good health
59% more likely to report good health compared to those who had no nature contact in an average week.
Increased employee engagement
Nature-positive workplaces see 15% higher employee engagement levels
High levels of wellbeing
23% more likely to report high levels of wellbeing compared to those with no weekly nature contact.
We are looking for forward-thinking leaders, organisations and freelancers to join our experiment. Aka, those who already know how nature makes them feel and are ready to explore the benefits of time outside on their working life.

“We have a symbiotic relationship with the ocean. Swimming in or being by the sea is very healing - spiritually, hormonally, mentally, psychologically, physically. It helps us live in the moment…You can always feel the energy in the room that this extra sea time has given us.”
