Ready to transform your workplace?
Join our groundbreaking pilot to bring nature to work
A TRIPLE WIN:
Engaged employees, improved wellbeing, and a connection to nature that could revitalise your climate goals.
THE BIG IDEA:
A nature-first approach to the working week.
We’re proposing a transformative shift in the way you work: one that gets your team outside for 2-3 hours each week during work hours. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach, but a movement to create a new standard for what’s normal.
The goal? More focused, productive time at work by providing employees with essential downtime—less time in front of screens, more time in nature.
THE PILOT:
Introducing green time, not screen time.
Recent studies have been hugely promising:
59%
More likely to report good health compared to those who had no nature contact in an average week.
23%
More likely to report high levels of wellbeing compared to those with no weekly nature contact.
15%
Higher employee engagement levels in nature-positive workplaces. (Human Spaces, 2015).
But so far, no research has been conducted on sustained nature connection as a workplace policy and its impact on businesses' triple bottom line. This is your opportunity to shape the future of workplace well-being and environmental responsibility.
WHAT WE DO
We’re seeking 25 organisations, regardless of size, to participate in a three or six-month trial with their workforce.
This isn’t a one size fits all approach. We will support you to implement a policy encouraging nature connection during work hours. This includes —
-
Expert guidance on crafting and implementing workplace policies that encourage time outdoors.
-
Evidence-based approaches rooted in behavioural science to make this initiative stick.
-
Custom communication tools to drive employee participation.
-
An outdoor-based session to inspire your team and explore ways to integrate nature connection into their lives.
-
Comprehensive analysis with actionable insights to measure the impact of the programme and show the ROI of your experiment

Unlock Valuable Insights with a Personalised Report
Take your commitment to the next level with a personalised report. This in-depth analysis will provide you with detailed data on wellbeing, sustainability engagement and ROI, giving you the evidence needed to validate and expand your initiative.
Our diagnostic tool goes beyond surface-level observations—it identifies inefficiencies, uncovers opportunities and delivers actionable insights tailored to your organisation. Plus, if the pilot doesn’t produce the desired results, we’ll craft strategic messaging to communicate to your team that this was a time-bound experiment, maintaining trust and transparency with your team.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR US?
We need to prove our hypothesis: that nature connection is vital for both people, businesses and planetary health.
To support our claim and kickstart this movement, we need your insights. We’ll gather data on wellbeing, sustainability engagement, revenue and other key metrics over the trial period.
Our mixed-methods approach includes surveys, focus groups and interviews to provide robust proof that a nature-first workforce is the future. But it's not just about data; it’s about collaborating with like-minded leaders who share our mission. If the pilot succeeds, you’ll not only improve your employer brand but also help champion a groundbreaking cause.
What do you need to do?
WHY NATURE?
The Holistic Answer:
Humans are an integral part of nature, and our disconnection from it can be directly attributed to increasing isolation, unhappiness and inaction on climate issues.
The Business Answer:
This isn’t just about a bit of fresh air; it’s a strategic move to boost productivity, reduce stress and cultivate a more engaged workforce—across all business challenges, not just those related to climate and nature. Our approach is research-backed and designed for lasting impact. We’re not aiming for a temporary morale boost but a sustainable cultural shift.
