What if there’s a way to tackle most workplace issues with one cohesive, all-encompassing strategy?
SOUNDS LIKE A DREAM RIGHT?
It doesn’t have to be.
Imagine a workplace where employees are thriving, productivity is at its peak, creativity flows freely, and sustainability is more than just a buzzword.
BUT WHERE DO WE START?
Our focus is on nature
The science tells us that nature exposure can achieve higher levels of self reported health and wellbeing, whilst connection increase pro nature conservation behaviours by 7% (if you want to dive into the science, you can read more about it here). There are a lot of immersive, short-burst solutions like tree planting or nature-based work stays. But what if we want to sustain this impact over a long-term period? And what if happy and healthy humans could use this reconnection with nature to drive action for planetary health too?

THAT’S WHY
We are on a mission to reimagine nature as part of the working week.
THE CHALLENGE
We still see ourselves as separate from nature, not making the time to connect with it and act as a steward.
Whilst the premise is simple, making nature accessible and connection a habit is not.
“87% of indoor workers consider themselves someone who enjoys the outdoors. But 75% of indoor workers surveyed rarely or never take time to work outside.” (Forbes)
To change these attitudes and behaviours, we need to understand what drives us and what our barriers are. That is where you come in. We’re looking to work with leaders and teams to join a rigorous feasibility study that uses psychology and behavioural science to make nature connection a habit.
Short individual campaign and feasibility study to develop the behaviour change materials and partnerships. Whilst we are targeting individuals for this pilot, if you want to test the approach on behalf of your organisation, please get in touch.
Phase II
The first workplace campaign over a period of 3-6 months, focusing on businesses in Bristol and London. Let’s make nature connection a habit.
Phase III
If our hypothesis is correct and sustained nature connection has a positive impact across any of the three core metrics: employee engagement, wellbeing and pro environmental behaviour, we will look to create a nation-wide pilot.
Does this resonate with you?
Then join us and become a leader of a healthy, productive and productive nature-based workforce.
